- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I was in the other day to ship immigration papers that needed to be there by 11/30. The guy gave me some options and finally explained there was an overnight letter that could get there by 10:30 Monday. The price seemed good for the service and my papers actually got there just after 9:00 Monday morning. I hate to think of the ICE agents coming to my house if I didn't get my papers in on time! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆On several occasions had package supposedly delivered but no notice left; also when notice is left, there is no option to have it re-delivered; personnel at the store is not helpful, unable to find a package at the store when it says it is there... Just today had wrong package delivered and once called, was told that I need to call different number and have it scheduled to be picked up; while not at home already, I'm unable to have tracking number; package appeared perishable ... unacceptable Quite a difference from my experience downtownBy Ania Omelianchik, May 20, 2017
